Why should we use brain toniq?

Brain toniq is the newest and most developed formula of energy drinks. It contains well researched ingredients that supply your mind with what it needs to perform faster and sharper. All the ingredients are of plant origin so you do not need to worry about the artificial ingredients stuffed in other energy drinks any more.

Our unique water supply

In brain toniq we chose to use the purest water supply, we searched a lot for the cleanest and purest water till we found the best water supply water supply in the country. We use water originating from a glacial lake in Minnesota that is purified through huge layers of granite then we pass it into a special purifying system consists of reverse osmosis filters and several sterilizing stages to guarantee the cleanest water that ever supplied in an energy drink.

Special blend of ingredients

Brain toniq contains different ingredients from those usually used in energy drinks. It contains the most expensive sugar in the market. Agave is not preferred by other energy drink suppliers because it is very expensive but we used it as it has the lowest glycemic index and it is the only certified sugar for those suffering from diabetes. We were keen to produce a drink that is suitable for every one, a drink that you can recommend to your friends regardless of their body status.

All natural ingredients

Our special blend of ingredients in brain toniq only includes all natural ingredients from plant origin. There are no ingredients coming from animal origin or even gluten. This is one of the secrets of success of brain toniq. Several ingredients could be replaced with less expensive artificial substitutes but we had to choose between safer product and cheaper product. At the end we know that people are ready to pay a little more in order to get a safer drink that really works.

Carbonated water

Brain toniq is slightly carbonated as it helps in delivering the ingredients quicker and has a role in vasodilatation which increases the blood supply to the brain resulting into more oxygenation.

Unique taste

We used a blend of natural citrus fruits extract. It contains passion fruit extract, lemon and orange. This citrus blend offers a very distinct aroma that charges your body and an extra ordinary taste that your taste buds will like.

No caffeine

Most of the energy drinks in the market depend on adding huge amount of caffeine to deliver a false feeling of alertness. Caffeine has some draw backs as body builds up tolerance against caffeine when it is served in huge amounts on daily basis. It loses its effect and the only thing that remains is the burden it adds to your kidney. Caffeine is a powerful diuretic so when supplied in huge amounts could strip your body from water; this is a very bad side effect.

At the end we chose to offer you brain toniq as a really powerful think drink with a slight increase in price instead of just offering another energy drink like all the others in the market.

An Introduction to Rhodiola Root

The Rhodiola rosea is a flowering perennial plant that has a fragrance that is similar to a rose, although it is no relation to the common rose. The colours of its flowers are red, pink, or yellow. The key active ingredients in this herb are Rosavin, Rosarin, and Rosin. Only the herb grown in Russia (West and Northern Siberia) has a high enough level of potency to be effective.

Rhodiola rosea, or Russian Rhodiola, is useful as an anti-aging supplement and also is used to help cope with stress. In Russia and Scandinavia, this plant has been used for centuries and is called “Golden root”. It is used to manage life in cold and stressful climates, such as Siberia and it improves both physical and mental performance. It has been used to treat Russian cosmonauts, soldiers, political leaders and athletes. This plant is used to improve the memory and nervous system, by stimulating the blood flow to the muscles and brain. It has been used to prevent alcohol and drug addiction.

In Russia, Rhodiola has been used by top athletes to raise their energy levels, improve their endurance, increase their resistance to strain, and improve their overall performance level. It has properties that protect the heart after strenuous exercise by quickly returning the heart rate to its normal level. This supplement also has the ability to rejuvenate DNA cells by increasing the efficiency of repairs.

Rhodiola rosea has been successfully used to treat depression, and this result was proven in a clinical trial. For the period of one month, a study group of 150 participants used Rhodiola rosea extract, and following this trial period sixty-six percent had positive results. Their depression had gone into remission and their mood was improved. They were more outgoing, friendly and active, and no longer felt listless.

When compared to other anti-depressants and anti-stress supplements such as St. John’s Wort, Ginkgo biloba and Panax Ginseng, the Rhodiola rosea was a much stronger and more effective treatment. As well, its tonic levels were five times less than Panax ginseng.

As a means to stimulate the immune system, Rhodiola is used to improve the body’s ability to fight toxins that lead to infection. It stimulates Natural Killer cells that search for infection in our body and destroy them. Then it also alleviates stress so the person can fight bacterial and viral infections more efficiently. When a person is under stress, their body expends energy that would be available for other functions, so the result is lower immunity and overall deterioration in health.

Some groups of people who benefit from the properties of Rhodiola include drivers, flight attendants, air traffic controllers, pilots, and other occupations that require alertness for long periods of time and attention to detail. As well, the elderly find its rejuvenating properties and anti-aging properties to be beneficial.

Bulgarian research studies have shown the Rhodiola rosea has been effective in treating weight loss. When this herb is taken in combination with physical exercise, it is effective in breaking down stored fat cells.

Although many clinical studies have been conducted on the effects of Rhodiola, there have been no known side effects that have resulted from its use, as it has a very low level of toxicity. Those who should avoid using Rhodiola include pregnant and breast-feeding women, as there is a lack of information available on its safety. When taking high doses of Rhodiola (1500 to 2000 mg daily), insomnia may result.

In animal tests, the many benefits of Rhodiola have been shown but the benefits to humans still need further testing to be proven. The only benefit that has been proven in human studies is the treatment of mild to moderate depression. In a clinical trial in Armenia in 2007, doses of 340 to 680 mg per day were taken by patients, and the result showed a significant improvement in mental state. The claim that Rhodiola improves physical performance was inconclusive in clinical studies.

The recommended dosage when taking Rhodiola is one to two capsules daily, taken first thing in the morning and again in the early afternoon. It is not recommended to take this herb in the evening as it can cause insomnia. Each capsule or tablet contains 100 mg, but the dosage can be increased to 200 mg. three times daily if required. A considerable high dose would be 1000 mg or more daily.

The positive results of increased energy levels and elevated moods can occur within a few days of taking the herb. The use of Rhodiola has improved memory functions and learning ability, and anxiety levels are reduced.

An Introduction to Eluethero Root

A plant that grows naturally in the Tiaga region of Northeastern Asia, Eastern Siberia and the Korean peninsula, Northeast China, Southeastern Russia, and Japan, it has been adapted to grow along the North West coast in North America, including Northern California, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia forests that are damp and receive substantial rainfall.

Growing naturally in mountain forests, it forms a thick low-lying undergrowth. It will grow in sandy or dense clay soils and will survive in sunny or lightly shaded areas. It is slow growing and a small flowering shrub that usually flowers in July and is a part of the Araliaceae family. Eleuthero root is also called Eleutherococcus senticosus, and is used in the form of a dried root.

This root has also been called Siberian ginseng, but this name was banned in the United States by the Ginseng Labeling Act, 2002, so it is now illegal to use this term. The reason for this ban is the word ginseng can only be used to refer to the Panax ginseng species, which is a cousin to Eleuthero. The term Panax is derived from the Greek language and means “cure all”.
Other names for this drug include Acanthopanax senticosus, Ci Wu Jia, Devil’s bush, Devil’s shrub, Eluthera, Ginseng root, Hedera senticosa, Pepperbrush, Pickly Eleutherococc, Shigoka, Touch-me-not, Ussuri, Ussurian Thorny, Wild Pepper, and Wu Jia Pi.

Eleuthero has been used to treat a variety of stress-related ailments by helping the body adapt to stress and preventing adrenal burnout. It does this by regulating the activity of the adrenal cortex, giving increased endurance and memory improvement. Eleuthero has been known to improve the immune system, increase mental alertness and enhance mental concentration, while sustaining a healthy overall mood.

Eluethero has also been used successfully when training athletes who are subjected to activities requiring great physical exertion and stress. This herb was used to treat individuals exposed to radiation following the nuclear accident in Chernobyl, and was dispensed in Siberia to the population of entire cities in the early winter as a preventative medicine for colds and flu’s.

Eleuthero can also be effective in treating the following symptoms that are caused by an HPA (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis) depletion: stress, exhaustion, dilating or contracting pupils, darkness under the eyes, a tongue that trembles caused by adrenal fatigue, and an overactive endocrine system causing neurasthenia and aching muscles.

Those suffering from loss of bone marrow due to radiation or chemotherapy have been treated with Eleuthero and found it effective. It has also been used to treat neurasthenia symptoms such as loss of appetite, headache, and insomnia.

The Chinese have used this herb in Traditional Medicine since 190 AD. In the 1940’s a Soviet Scientist named Brekham, discovered its use in helping the body become accustomed to stress (an adaptogen). Since then, its use as an adaptogen increased the popularity of Eleuthero.

Eleuthero is taken as an additive to fruit juices and smoothie drinks, or in teas. It has been used to enhance immunity when taken daily. It may also improve the performance of athletes, and was used in the Soviet Union by coaches of Olympic athletes.

In the United States, Eleuthero was tested in a study of baseball players. After taking Eleuthero for a period of eight days, they noticed their breathing capacity had improved so they were able to run quickly for short distances without becoming winded.

In Australia, Eleuthero was tested by a study group of men and women. They took the herb for 8 weeks and found that they had increased strength in their biceps and pectoral muscles. In New Jersey, a study showed that after taking the herb for 8 weeks the body had improved its ability to burn fat when exercising.

When Eleuthero is mixed with other herbs such as schisandra, it can enhance the immunity system to fight colds and other infections. For those individuals with high blood pressure, Eleuthero is not recommended as it stimulates the body, similar to caffeine but without the letdown afterward. It can also cause insomnia so it is recommended not to take this herb

Brain toniq, is it an energy drink or a water mineral?

The answer of this question could be some what tricky. That is because of the unique features of brain toniq, it could not be considered as an energy drink or a water mineral. It is a different sub category of energy drinks.

Before we evaluate brain toniq as a vitalizing drink, we must first take a deep look at the ingredients so we can judge it in a right way. First of all we should know that the amount of ingredients sums up into more than 18 grams of active ingredient while most of the other energy drinks contain five grams of active ingredients in the best case.

Brain toniq consists of choline, DAME, rhodiola rosea root extract, elutherococcus root extract, agave nectar, blue green algae and natural citrus extract. The common features of these ingredients are: they are all of plant origin with no animal origin ingredients. They are also kosher certified, these ingredients does not include caffeine or artificial sugaring agents.

Does it taste like other energy drinks?

Most of those who tried brain toniq for the first time could not describe its taste. It is a blend of sweet, sour and refreshing tastes in the same time. It could not be compared to any other energy drink as the other drinks contain artificial sweeteners.

Why should I switch to a drink that does not contain caffeine?

Energy drink producers always tend to take the easiest way by adding huge amounts of caffeine to their drinks just to maximize the effect. Caffeine is known to increase the alertness of then mind for a short period but it has several problems. First, when you use caffeine for a long time with high concentrations, your body builds up tolerance against caffeine. Also, high concentrations of caffeine could be a great burden on your kidney, as caffeine is considered a diuretic.

Brain toniq do not contain caffeine it depend son different ingredients and with different concentrations to reach the required alertness and body status. It depends on the choline as a precursor for the Acetyl choline, the main neurotransmitter of the brain. Increasing the acetyl choline leads into quicker pulse transmission and this means sharper thinking and less time to understand.

Agave nectar is another very interesting ingredient in the rain toniq drink; it plays the role of the sweetener in the drink. It adds up a distinct taste without the addition of any processed sugar. Although it is more expensive than sugar cane and other types of sugar but we decided to go for it as it is the only certified sugar that could be used be diabetic patients. Also it is totally different from the artificial sweeteners used in some “sugar free” energy drinks. The artificial sugar, like aspartame, constitutes a huge week point in these drinks especially because they are consumed on daily basis.

Bottom line, when it comes to a drink that you consume on daily basis, you should go for an all natural drink instead of drinks with artificial content.

An Introduction to Dimethylaminoethanol or DMAE

Dimethylaminoethanol is also referred to as [DMAE], also dimethylethanolamine, or deanol, and it is scientifically understood as being an naturally occurring composite As a liquid its color crosses the spectrum from a clear fluid to a light yellow.

DMAE studies in animals demonstrated when taking DMAE, or deanol, there was a marked rise in the degree of choline found in the bloodstream as well as the brain. When choline levels rise in the body the presumption is that the body should also increase its production of acetylcholine, which is a vital neurotransmitter, found in the brain. When one is learning, using memory, recall and other cognitive functions, Acetylcholine will be implicated in the process.

A pharmaceutical offshoot of DMAE was marketed in the 1960’s and 1970’s called deaner and it was FDA approved as possibly being effectual for assisting with the classic symptoms of ADD before it became seemingly epidemic like it appears today. Learning disabilities connected to underachieving and reduced concentration ability, behavior trouble linked to unusual activity and restlessness. Also a combination of spastic muscle actions and inability to grasp learning resulting in underachievement, reading and speech problems with lesser motor skills and obsessive compulsion conduct, all generally associated with anti social or delinquent behavior.

The year 1983 found the FDA firmly requesting further testing to finally establish the claims made of Deaner [DMAE]. The studies however proved too costly when compared to sales of the product so it was cancelled from distribution. This removal from market did not stop DMAE from being available as a health and nutritional supplement.

Dimethylaminoethanol was utilized as a treatment for hyperactivity in kids for many years. Therapy also proved to increase the cognitive capabilities in those taking it, it appeared to also curb their irritability that was apparent in improved accomplishments in school and better test results in certain children.

There is discussion that DMAE can assist in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease and cases of dementia through senility though the data to support the medical relevance of this use is quite tenuous at best. Any studies conducted have been inconclusive at best that there is any benefit to cognitive abilities and memory improvement. DMAE is probably better suited as a therapeutic alternative to those who show early to mid level symptoms of these mind altering illnesses.

DMAE is also considered an alternative treatment for those suffering from tardive dyskinesia, which is a movement disorder and other nervous system reactions due to the use of antipsychotic medications. It can affect the facial area, jaw, tongue, and also the body’s torso and limbs; usually occurring after being on some antipsychotic drugs for a few weeks.

Dimethylaminoethanol is often used as one element among others in some tonics so dosage will depend on the supplement and other ingredients. Measured quantities when used in research testing usually vary from 10 mg to as much as 2000 mg on a daily basis. 100 mg twice a day seems to be the median dose and the effects of DMAE is cumulative over the course of a few weeks to a month. DMAE is found on its own encapsulated or in tablet form. Supplement to some tonic energizers available on the market.

It is always critical to speak to your physician when considering the use of a neutraceutical with any other health supplements or conventional medications you may be taking. There is the possibility of contraindications or side effects so be practical and cautious. As a dietary supplement DMAE is thought to be safe if taken with care and the instructions for usage are followed as directed. It should go without saying if you have a tendency toward dysfunctional behavior and unstable mood swings, ADD or a form of depression once again consult your health care provider before starting a DMAE regimen.

Simply because an off the shelf neutraceutical is considered “health food” or a dietary supplement, does not mean it will not have potential side effects. Specifically one such as DMAE that at one time carried FDA approval only to be discontinued for reasons that were said to be benign. DMAE may cause fatigue, sleepiness, confusion, and could raise your blood pressure. Sizeable doses of DMAE have caused muscular rigidity around the neck, jaw, legs and elsewhere. Seek medical assistance if this side effect does not diminish or the severity increases.

There has not been any data that reports harmful effects to pregnant women or their fetuses. Then, there has not been much if any specific research in this area. The same goes for breast feeding infants while taking DMAE. It is once again suggested you seek medical input if you are considering taking any kind of dietary enhancement if you are pregnant or a nursing mother.

There is not been any research data that is particularly related to age requirements when taking this supplement. However, it is inadvisable to give it to younger children since many may have allergies or undiagnosed ailments that no one knows about yet. Err on the side of caution and do not give DMAE to kids under ten years of age except if approval is given by their doctor.

What follows is a partial list of the benefits of Dimethylaminoethanol:

Used successfully to treat mild to moderate forms of ADD

Definitive rise in ability to concentrate after 6 weeks on the supplement when tested on students.

Actually increased the lifespan of laboratory mice as high as 49%.

Data showed heavy users of alcohol experienced less harsh hangovers and little depression and or headaches the morning after.

Claims made DMAE can enhance athletic prowess by increasing energy levels.

Ordinary individuals claimed to feel more energetic after taking DMAE for a period of time.

Definitive increase in mental alertness.

Tests showed that when taking higher amounts of DMAE [1200 mg / day over five days] individuals had more control over anxiety.

Shyness was alleviated and people became more assertive and outspoken.

Creativity was improved along with verbal acumen.

DMAE was found to raise a person’s IQ specifically in children

Subjects found they were more alert when awakening and required on average one hour less sleep a night.

It was discovered that DMAE actually increased a person’s will power after six weeks of use assisting some individuals to quit smoking who otherwise were unable to stop.

An Introduction to Wild-Crafted Blue Green Algae

Blue green algae grows naturally in the cold waters of Upper Klamath Lake in the Southern part of the state of Oregon. This lake is a desert lake that sits 4100 feet above sea level. It rests in a 4000 square mile volcanic basin and was created by a volcanic eruption thousands of years ago. It now has 17 mineral rich rivers that feed into it, making it one of the richest nutrient sources in the world.

The waters of Upper Klamath Lake are clear, pure, and free of many pollutants such as heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and adverse bacteria. This lake provides over 60 times the required nutrients to grow blue green algae and is an excellent source of chlorophyll, which is a natural cleanser, blood purifier, and capable of rejuvenating and boosting the immunity system.

Over time, humans have depleted the nutrients in the soil of our farmlands, causing the food we consume to be lacking in minerals that are essential to maintaining good health. The food supply of North Americans is highly refined and processed. Poor diet is a result, and one of the leading causes for many degenerative diseases. Blue green algae is a natural organic food supplement that replaces the nutrients that have been lost in the diet.

The scientific name for blue green algae is Aphanizomenon flos-aquae, and this algae is one of nature’s most basic foods. It is a food that provides essential fatty acids and amino acids, vitamins, minerals, proteins, chlorophyll, beta-carotene, carotenoids (anti-oxidants and sources of Vitamin A), and complex sugars. It is known to be one of the healthiest foods in the world. The overall health of those who consume blue green algae is improved. It contains more protein and chlorophyll than any other known food source.

The protein source provided by blue green algae is easily absorbed into the body, and is absorbed at a rate 4 times greater than meat proteins.

Health benefits of Blue Green Algae

The benefits of Blue Green algae have been studied and have been shown to improve memory and learning ability, increase physical energy levels and endurance, and improve overall mood and well being. The ability to concentrate is improved and users are able to sleep more soundly. Digestion is improved as well as the functioning of the heart and blood circulation.

It has also been used successfully to control weight and improve the immunity system by fighting inflammation. Blue green algae controls cravings for sweets or salty foods by supplying the required minerals that may be lacking in the body. Cravings for sweets can be caused by a lack of mineral chromium, and salt cravings may the result of a lack of organic sodium, potassium, and magnesium. Blue green algae is rich in all these minerals. These cravings may diminish or disappear altogether after eating one or two grams of blue green algae every day.

BrainToniq is a revolutionary new natural, botanic based beverage formulated to re-energize your brain.

Out with the old and in with the new

Brain “foods” are not a new idea by any stretch of the imagination. They have been around in one way or another since the earliest days of herbal medications and tonics many thousand of years ago. What sets BrainToniq apart from everything else ever marketed previously is not just the ingredients, which are all specially chosen for the brain revitalizing characteristics, but it is the sheer volume of these super ingredients (1800mg) that are to be found in each can.

The special preparation technique

There is even a special “tutorial” on how best to prepare your BrainToniq drink in order to extract every last drop of super ingredient out of the can and into your body. It involves a gentle circular rotation of the can to carefully swill the contents around thus washing any residuals off the side of the can and into the beverage for consumption. All highly technical stuff!!

Supporting your ambitions

Most of us have an ambition, a target we have set ourselves to achieve in the passage of our lives. Often ambitions change according to circumstances and new aspirations come and go as we develop. But in order to support your ambitions and to give yourself the very best chance of achieving them, you need your brain to be in tip top condition. BrainToniq is THE proven way of nourishing and revitalizing your brain at those times when it gets run down and becomes fuzzy. It is fast acting and within seconds you will notice the difference. Your mind will become clearer and it will be so much easier to focus on chasing down those ambitions.

Botanically pure

BrainToniq has been formulated with one thing in mind, and that is to use only the freshest, organic, natural ingredients found in nature. It contains absolutely no caffeine, nor are there any other artificial sweeteners or additives, just the powers of Mother Nature’s herbal garden comprising; Rhodiola root, Choline and DMAE, Eleuthero root, and Blue Green Algae grown and harvested naturally. The flavor is derived from natural citrus fruits and the sweetening is via agave nectar. Nothing processed, and no substitutes, simply natural organic ingredients.

The world is your garden

Because the ingredients of BrainToniq are purely botanical, it took over two years to complete the research into their sourcing. Supplies were shipped in from the Amazon Rain Forests and the jungles of Africa. Conversations took place with Siberians, and we examined samples from specialist small herbal farms all over the world. Two years of painstaking research, testing, formulating, and blending, but now we have it! And it was so well worth the wait.

Checking out the competition

Our research has shown that all of the other competitive brands contain only up to 300mg of active ingredients as opposed to the 1800mg in BrainToniq. It is a fact that it is impossible to make a beverage that will impact on conscious brain power with only up to 300mg of ingredients.

BrainToniq is the only truly effective Nootropic energy drink.

An Introduction to Choline

Choline works very much like the B-Vitamins, in that it works to improve the body’s overall metabolism. It is often classified as a B-vitamin, although it is not officially recognized as such. How this herb works together with other nutrients is not fully understood at this time, however was has been named an “essential nutrient” by the Food and Nutrition Board of the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences in the USA in 1998. This herb was discovered in 1864 by Andreas Strecker.

Choline is naturally produced in the body, although a dietary supplement of choline is also beneficial. The amount of choline required by adults daily is between 425 and 550 milligrams.
When choline is used in the body, it may create a fishy body odor when taken in large quantities. It forms trimethylamine, which is a compound that has a fishy odor when it is released by the body. Large quantities may also cause low blood pressure and diarrhea. The upper limit of choline is 3500 milligrams per day, although most adults are recommended to take between 425 and 550 milligrams per day and children should take lower quantities.

Choline is often taken as a memory enhancer, although its effectiveness for this use is still under debate. Some people take it as a preventative means to fight against Alzheimer’s Disease. Choline is required in young children due to their rapid growth spurts, and has been used as a supplement in infant’s formula that is not made with cow’s milk. It has also been added to supplements used to reduce body fat, although its effectiveness for this use has not been substantiated. Choline has also been effective in protecting the liver from collecting excess fat and other types of damage. It may also help to prevent cardiovascular disease by reducing cholesterol levels.

Some of the foods that supply choline are egg yolks, cauliflower, navy beans, tofu, almonds, peanut butter, soy, ground beef, chicken, veal, and turkey livers. The most common dietary supplement containing choline is lecithin, which may be used as a food additive to preserve flavor and improve appearance and taste. Phosphatidylcholine is the usual name for this herb when it is available in either a pill or a powder form, although it may have gastrointestinal side effects. It also comes in a liquid form that is called choline chloride.

In clinical studies, scientists found that when the mothers of newborn rats had a lack of choline in their diet, their offspring had less brain development than those rats that had sufficient amounts of choline.

The world we live in

In today’s modern age, we all live our lives at 100 miles an hour. Our brains are our guides and our mentors through everything we do. Anything we do to keep them fit and healthy, and to be best prepared for the heavy duty they have to shoulder is well worth the doing. BrainToniq is the best support on the market today.

Jobs for the brain

The sorts of jobs most of us are employed in today demand high levels of focus and attention. The modern work ethic involves us more and more in the running of the businesses than ever before. Health and safety issues, continuous improvement activities, committees for this and that, all things that increase the mental activity we must maintain. Gone are the days of the mindless manual labor tasks putting widgets on a conveyor belt. The work philosophy nowadays focuses more on involving staff and seeking their active participation. Even at home we are expected to multi-task, our brains are constantly on the go. We really do need BrainToniq to give ourselves that lift to help our brains cope.

Not just for the bright kids

BrainToniq was originally developed for the clever guys and girls, the computer programmers, the analysts, the designers, the consultants etc. But they are not the only ones who can benefit from this great drink. BrainToniq is suitable for anyone with a brain no matter how much they use it, although because it is designed to refresh and revitalize a busy mind, those who do more in the way of mental exercise are those who will feel the benefit that much more. In actual fact BrainToniq is great for your natural well being anyway given the natural organic ingredients it contains.

Dump the caffeine

Most of us recognize that there are limits to our concentration. I, for my part, am a freelance writer, and so I spend most of my day in front of my computer keyboard composing and tapping away at various texts, so I am constantly using my brain. But I found after a couple of hours or so, my brain just sort of slows down. If I simply just carry on, I find it takes much longer to come up with the words and phrases and my error rate drastically increases. Once upon a time I would just have made myself a coffee and dosed up on the caffeine to keep me going. But even then, although it might give me a temporary lift, (a) it didn’t last long, and (b) it made me more fatigued when it wore off. Now, I drink a can of BrainToniq, and my brain is revitalized within minutes, and I am fit and raring to go up until lunchtime or knocking of time in the evening depending on when I took my BT.
